Every service Responders First provides is free to the warrior who needs it. Your gift — one-time or monthly — is what puts a warrior in the room.
Responders First is funded by donors, grants, and community partners — never by the people we serve. Two numbers frame every gift: what it costs to feed a warrior for the five-day program week, and what it costs to underwrite the week itself.
Monthly gifts are unrestricted and predictable. They let us schedule the next cohort with confidence instead of waiting on a single check, and you can change or cancel at any time.

Reviews are how the next donor, sponsor, or warrior decides to trust us. If you have given, volunteered, partnered with us, or watched the program change someone you love, a few honest sentences on GreatNonprofits carry more weight than anything we could say about ourselves.
Not every gift fits in a form. Employer matching, donor-advised funds, sponsorships, in-kind contributions, and planned gifts all fund warrior weeks.
Many employers match charitable gifts, some dollar for dollar. Ask your HR or benefits office whether yours does, and we will supply any documentation they need.
